Principal Mechanical Design Engineer required to join the consultancy arm of a management contractor who specialise within the Data Centre market. With a turnover in excess of £40m they have successfully expanded their business over the last 8 years providing consultancy, project management and maintenance services, focused within the mission critical sector.

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious Senior or Principal Mechanical Design Engineer to join this specialist consultancy at an exciting stage of their growth, as they further develop their client base taking on commissions across Europe and the UK. The successful mechanical design engineer will lead the design of complex HVAC from concept, through the whole design process to providing technical support during the construction phase to overseeing commissioning.

To be considered candidates will need to be able to demonstrate extensive experience in the design of mechanical services, gained with exposure to projects within a critical environment such as Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Heavy Industrial, Energy or Oil & Gas. Knowledge in the design / specification of cooling systems is of clear benefit. Additionally it is essential you are currently eligible to work in the UK without restrictions.

In return the successful candidate will be offered a competitive basic salary and package which includes;
*Car Allowance of £6,000
*Annual bonus circa 10%
