Estimator required for a well-established contractor based in Crawley. Salary up to £60K.

This contractor is multi-award winning and prides it's self on teamwork, commitment to service and the quality of their projects. They operate in a highly niche area with projects ranging from refurbishment and maintenance contracts, as well as the occasional new build, for reputable and well-known clients.

Your role will be to assist the commercial team across all aspects, including the valuating stage, ensuring that budgets are adhered to at all times as well as liaising with sub-contractors to ensure the work is carried out effectively. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in an Estimating role, and preferably within a refurbishment/maintenance sector, but you will need a strong knowledge with in all areas of construction.

You'll be rewarded with a salary of up to £60K. You'll join an established commercial team with a large network of sub-contractors and a labour force with a wealth of experience within this specialism. You will have the opportunity to train and develop those under you and help them further develop their careers, and in turn help develop your own career, with progression available within a short period of time.
