Your new company are a Building Surveying practice offering a range of services which include but is not limited to: Contract Administration, Dilapidations, Party Wall Matters, Insurance Reinstatement Cost Assessment and Planned Maintenance Programmes.

Your new role
In your new role being recently chartered you will be able to undertake instructions and need minimal supervision, with guidance from more experienced Surveyors in the team. Your timely and efficient

What you'll need to succeed
You will need at least 2 years post chartered experience in Building Surveying. You will be able to display your knowledge across Building Surveying matters. Your fee billing ability and track record of achieving financial targets, delivering high quality in a timely manner will see you be successful in this role.
