This Company is prominent within this sector, and currently manages various Commercial projects in Bristol. They are looking for an ambitious and innovative Contracts Manager (Building Services/Maintenance) with a keen interest in sustainability to join them at this exciting time.
Your new role
This is an exciting job for the right person to join the established property team. You will be acting as an interface between the facilities provider and the client for projects and development works. You will be involved in all aspects of fabric and building service projects, which includes: -
- Lifecycle Management
- Developed & monitor schedule of rates
- Managed PPM Programmes
- Be an interface between the client and the FM provider
- Sub-Contractor Management
- Contract Management
- Client relationship management
- Financial Management
- Ensure SLA's and KPI's and met and exceeded
- People management
- H&S & Compliance Management
Your experience working in commercial industry such as hospital and universities would be beneficial.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to be from an engineering quantity surveying background with BIFM, NEBOSH or ISOH qualified. You'll need a minimum of 5 years experience with in a contract management position.
