Site Manager job for an established national house builder covering sites in York paying up to £45k

Your new company

Your new company is an established house builder who deliver quality homes throughout the UK. With one of the most recognised names in the industry you will get the opportunity to work across a number of different sized projects.

Your new role

You will have full responsibility for running each site, maintaining safety at all times as a priority. You will ensure each site is running to the highest standard, working closely with the client, other contractors and sub-contractors to deliver a project on time and in budget.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role you must have extensive site management experience within the housing industry. You will have a valid CSCS card, SMSTS card and have your First Aid.
