Building Surveyor required, Aberdeen, £20-£25 per hour, 6+ Months

Your new company
A well-known organisation, offering flexible working patterns, are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to play a key part within their team. In this job, you will be given responsibility to work independently and be given a diverse workload.

Your new role
As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for the effective delivery of all building surveying services to internal and external clients. You will work on a wide range of projects such as schools, housing and offices.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a Chartered Building Surveyor with a substantial amount of experience. You will have completed all standard Building Surveying duties including Stock Condition Surveys, Schedules of Condition, Project Management, Planned & Reactive Maintenance whilst being proficient using autoCAD and be computer literate.
