They are a company that moves with the times and this is reflected in their house developments. They work within England and Wales and build for today's modern lifestyles.

Your new role
You will number one site manager on site on a project located in Bristol with the initial phase of 44 plots with an extra 33 plots to continue onto the end of the year. The work will be continuing for 4 years with houses typically ranging at £250,000.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need SMSTS and experience in housebuilding. You will be able to prove your longevity to your new company by having a long standing career in housebuilding.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive salary of £47,000 with a 40% bonus handover in the months June and December. You will receive 25 days holiday and will be at a company which is supportive and promotes progression.
