Site Manager Job in Norfolk with volume house builder. Paying up to £50,000.

Your new role
Site Manager who is has a strong background working for a main contractor and had exospore to multiple sectors whilst working for them. Suitable Site Managers must have previous experience of running similar new build schemes as the No1 on site whilst keep works to programme, dealing with all sub contract issues as they arise and monitoring all health & safety.

Site Managers will be required to be out on site driving the Subcontractors and be responsible for Health and Safety, Quality and programme. This person must have a solid background with previous experience of new build HA developments, be cable of managing all aspects of the production works whilst reporting back to the project manager regularly. Whilst being a dynamic and self-motivated individual.

Site Manager Requirements:

  • Experience of Managing New Build Residential projects
  • Relevant CSCS
  • Up to date SMSTS certificate
  • Up to date First Aid certificate

What you'll get in return £45k - £55k (Other values will be considered but will depend on experience)
