Site Manager required to work for a top North West Contractor on New Build Spec Housing in the Preston area

You will be working for one of the North West's top housing developers, who have a name which is synonymous with quality. Your new role
As Site Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of quality residential units - ranging from 2-5 bedrooms,
in both apartments and houses.
You will oversee multiple trades, chair site meetings, order materials, look after Health & Safety and also report directly to the Contracts Manager in order to make sure the build is completed to program.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you will be pro-active, a great communicator and have the ability to manage multi disciplinary trades as well as holding a current SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid, as well as having a CV which details relevant residential experience working to UK standards.
What you'll get in return
You will be paid £19-£20 per hour (on a 9 hour day), and have the chance to work on quality house builds, on some of Lancashire's highest profile housing sites. Initially on Holiday cover, this role offers the chance to get a "foot in the door" with a proven residential contractor.
