New Senior Engineer role available with a busy residential developer

Hays Civil & Structural Engineering are currently working with a well established, local house builder who are looking to recruit an additional senior level Civil Engineer in order to strengthen their technical department.

Ideally coming from a developer or a consulting background with experience of residential projects, the successful candidate will be familiar with highways and infrastructure design from feasibility to construction, drainage design experience - SUDS, pumping stations, storm water attenuation, external building drainage, working knowledge of highways specification and knowledge of Section 278, 38 and 104 agreements.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing and working with outside consultants, while the ability to use AutoCAD and ideally Key-Terra Firma would also be advantageous.
