Caretaker job in the Buxton with an immediate start and you will be paid a competitive salary.


Your new company:
Our client a not - for - profit organisation which provides sheltered accommodation is now recruiting for a Caretaker. The client is looking for someone to start immediately on a temporary basis due to employee illness.

Your new role:
On a day to day basis you will monitor/ give support to residents to maintain their well being. You will also be responsible for updating records such as personal resident details, doctor information, next of kin and any medications or allergies.

In addition you will act as a link between other parties to ensure tenants health and safety by reporting any risks to head office. You will also carry out minor repairs, ground maintenance and ensure all communal arrears and corridors are kept clean clear of obstruction to minims accidents and hazards.

What you will need:
You will need to be a an experienced caretaker with a background in a similar role or Supported Living caretaker. You will be a caring, friendly organised individual with good communication skills who can deal with challenges and is reactive in emergency's as you will be dealing with vulnerable people.

What you'll get in return:
You will be paid a competitive salary whilst working Monday to Friday few hours per day around 15 hours a week. Once the assignment has finished you will be prioritised for future vacancies providing that you meet the high standards that Hays strive for.
