Office refurbishment and fit-out contractor looking for site manager to over see small and large works.
Your new company
Your new company has been operating for a couple of years, accomplishing year on year growth with headcount and turnover. They specialise within the office refurbishment and fit-out sector - having establish a well cemented relationship with clients, who continue to give them repeated work, and recommend them to other users. Having picked up several new large contracts/clients they are now on the look out for an experienced site manager.
Your new role
You will be supervising works with typical values between £50K - £1m. You will be reporting to the project manager, ensuring that all procurement plans are within line. You will go through risk assessments and make sure that all health and safety on site is being addressed. You will deal with site inductions, track project budget and time-scale. All works are within central London and home counties.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have a valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid Certificate. We are looking for individuals with good experience as a site manager on office refurbishment and fit-out projects, with values around £500K. You must have a clean driving license.
