Your new company
Your new company has been operating for a couple of years, accomplishing year on year growth with headcount and turnover. They specialise within the office refurbishment and fit-out sector - having establish a well cemented relationship with clients, who continue to give them repeated work, and recommend them to other users. Having picked up several new large contracts/clients they are now on the look out for an experienced Project Manager.
Your new role
You will be leading the delivery of major and complex projects, overseeing full management responsibilities of two site managers - on multiple projects. You will be working closely with the operations director and estimator to ensure projects are being kept within time and budget, and that all communication is being thoroughly filtered through relevant stakeholders. You will also be involved in developing new strategies to ensure a prompt and high level service delivery for works being carried out. This is a client facing role.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have a proven track record in managing high value refurbishment/fit-out projects (£1m+). You should be a least educated to HND level, and have a valid SMSTS and CSCS. Ideally you should have experience with office refurbishment and fit-out projects.
