Site Manager job for a national contractor based in York paying between £40k-£45k dependent upon experience

Your new company

Your new company is a regional contractor covering a range of construction projects across a variety of sectors from retail, housing, education and commercial.

Your new role

Your new job will involve working across a number of sites with project values ranging from £1 million to £5 million.

You will have full responsibility for running each site, maintaining safety at all times as a priority. You will ensure each site is running to the highest standard, working closely with the client, other contractors and sub-contractors to deliver a project on time and in budget.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role you must have extensive site management experience. You will have a valid CSCS card, SMSTS card and have your First Aid and Scaffold Inspections
