You will join a successful construction and civil engineering contractor based in Lancashire. As a business they operate nationally and specialise within the civil engineering sector. They have built relationships with major blue chip contractors and are continually developing their business.
Your new role
You will report into a senior project manager and supervise all sub-contractors and trades. You will ensure production targets are achieved and working methods are performed correctly. This is an opportunity to develop your career from an assistant manager to a project manager.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have an appropriate professional qualification in construction management and have sound knowledge of construction techniques and processes. You will have experience working within the construction industry and want to develop your career with an established contractor; you will have a strong interest in the Civils sector.
What you'll get in return
You will be offered a salary of £20,000 - £30,000 + package (dependant on experience). You will receive training and support from their experienced management team with future career opportunities.
