The Opportunity
You have an exciting opportunity to join a Global Construction Consultancy that has 25 locations and over 2000 staff.
The successful candidate will be working closely with the business development team, while staying in communication and sharing best practices with the marketing division.
Co-ordinating the bid production process, liaising with bid leaders as necessary in planning and managing.
Ensure all bids are inputted onto CRM.
Reviewing the quality of bids produced by work winners and upholding bid standards and guidelines.
Ensuring the BD library is fully stocked with the latest capability documents.

The Key Requirements
Skilled in editing copy to correct grammar, spelling and punctuation.
Ability to work to tight deadlines, within a high-pressure environment with a high degree of calm, patience and diplomacy.
Excellent level of Indesign, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Previous experience of using CRM systems would be advantageous.
