Maintenance Manager job based in Hertfordshire, Competitive hourly rate, Temp to Perm.

Your new role
You will contribute to the successful organisation by becoming the Maintenance Manager responsible for all Aids and Adaptations for the clients property portfolio. This will include adapting homes to support independent living including extensions, ramps and showers.
What you'll need to succeed
As the Maintenance Manager you will be able to price and plan properties in order to provide accurate quotations. You will be able to draw up plans and manage the whole process of the project which would require a supervisory or a managerial background. A HND in Architecture is a desirable qualification.
