Do you consider yourself a reliable source of information in building construction and technology? Are you thinking it's about time you took on a bit more responsibility and applied your knowledge? Vectorworks is your software of choice? A very niche opportunity for a talented technologist to join a medium-sized design lead architectural practice in one of Bristol's most vibrant locations. The practice are working on a diverse portfolio of residential, student accommodation, higher education and industrial schemes, both locally and further afield. They need you, for your depth of understanding and knowledge in building construction methodology. The majority of the staff are currently designers, and you could really become the go-to source for all things technical in the office and take a leading role in its further growth. Essentials are a sound understanding of Vectorworks and a proven understanding of UK building regulations, construction detailing and design coordination. You might be already chartered, or on the road to chartership. Ideally, you'll have already built up a few years with a local practice or developer, but if you're thinking about relocation to Bristol, this would also be one not to miss! For the perfect candidate, a salary in the region of £35,000 will be the reward.
