Multi Site Maintenance Manager, South Coast, up to £40,000 plus company car. people and contract management
Your new company
You will be working for a successful Facilities Management Service Provider on a well established contract across the South Coast. This business pride themselves on offering their employees career development and progression.
Your new role
This is a mobile role in which you will be working across Hampshire, Dorset and Surrey across 200 sites of different sizes. You will manage a small knowledgeable technical team. You will be responsible for all PPM and Reactive Maintenance ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met. You will work closely with the Regional Facilities Manager and in house QC Health and Safety team to ensure Compliance standards are met.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be Electrically or Mechanically qualified. You will be experienced in a similar role and be used to managing building maintenance in a commercial environment. You will be happy working mobile and not based out of an office. You will need to be a good communicator who is comfortable dealing with the client addressing any issues and solving them. You will need to be someone who commits to taking action and follows through.
What you'll get in return
You will be supported to progress and work your way up to a Regional FM then Contracts Manager or National Account Manager. This role comes with a company car and fuel card to support your travel across multiple sites.
