Asbestos Surveyor - Glasgow

Salary: £20,000 - £30,000.

To initially qualify for this role you will need to be P402 qualified with and a full UK driving licence. You will need to be self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who is able to work well in teams and have the ability to prioritise their own work load effectively. Additionally, the successful applicant must have experience of running management, refurbishment and demolition surveys and effectively managing your own projects and financial schedule. It is essential for this role that the successful applicant must have excellent interpersonal skills while liaising with the management team and the clients.

On a day to day basis within this role you can expect to be responsible for the completion of surveys and undertake re-inspections while updating the asbestos register with any appropriate plans. You can additionally expect to be responsible for data uploading and writing of technical asbestos surveys while working on a range of domestic, commercial and industrial projects. Finally, the successful Asbestos Surveyor will be accountable for the efficient submission of any bulk samples taken on site and making sure they are submitted to the correct department.

A competitive starting salary ranging from £20,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience is offered to the successful applicant with access to a company vehicle, additionally, there will also be added company bonuses including immediate access to the company pension scheme and flexible benefits including earning extra days holiday and a private health care plan.
