Project Director - Cost Management

The Liverpool Cost Management business unit of our client continues to grow, successfully securing projects with many high profile clients and as a direct result of this growth, they are currently seeking a full time Project Director of Cost Management.  The role will therefore include taking responsibility for care and growth of existing clients and (with support) gaining new clients and business.

Given the variety of clients, your sector experience will include a blend of commercial, industrial, science, blue light and health building types, both new and refurbished projects, including some heritage buildings.  Experience required of cost planning, procurement and post contract with various contract types including NEC3. 

You will be MRICS with a good knowledge of the market in the North West and be looking to take on a challenging yet rewarding role within an established industry leading consultancy.
