Your new company
Our client is a large, reputable organisation based in Peterborough. They are currently expanding their team and are keen to appoint a temporary to permanent Small Works Co-ordinator to start as soon as possible.
Your new role
As the Small Works Co-ordinator, your duties and responsibilities will be to act as the manager responsible for the delivery and completion of the small works and minor variations of the commercial building, up to the value of £5,000.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this job, you should have previous experience working within a small works co-ordinator role. It would be advantageous if you have experience of delivering maintenance service within a healthcare environment. You must be able to work within a high pressured and fast paced environment and have proven interpersonal and influencing so you can facilitate change.
