A well known housing developer based in Leicestershire is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team due to an increase in their workload. This housing developer works across the whole of the Midlands and they have been in the industry for over 60 years. Although they predominantly build new build spec housing ranging from small starter homes to big family houses through to offices and luxury apartment blocks. They also cover social housing and affordable housing projects.

Ideally they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor from a Housing background who is looking to make a move to a growing and expanding housing developer. You must come from a housing background and be comfortable running your own developments as well as looking for a role where there is long term career progression.
