Salary: £23,000 - £28,000 + benefits

The Role

The role of the Graduate Quantity Surveyor will be to assist with cost management, performing risk analysis and prevention, and assisting with meeting the requirements of your clients. The key duties of the Graduate Quantity Surveyor will be:

  • Providing commercial expertise to clients
  • Performing contract administration and cost management, including analysis and forecasting
  • Visiting sites to liaise with clients and contractors

Experience

To be successful in this Graduate Quantity Surveyor role, you will ideally have a RICS-accredited degree, preferably with some work experience/site placement in Quantity Surveying, as well as excellent numeracy and communication skills and proficiency with MS Office (particularly MS Excel). A full UK driving licence is essential for the role, as you will be required to regularly travel to sites.

Remuneration

The company is offering a competitive graduate salary of £23,000 to £28,000 with flexible benefits, including pension and healthcare, and the support and guidance needed to excel in your Quantity Surveying career.
