Senior Valuation Surveyor - Consultancy - Liverpool

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + benefits package

  • Are you a Valuations Surveyor with at least 3 years' experience?
  • Do you have a demonstrable track record of excellence within a consultancy?

Your role as the Senior Valuations Surveyor will be to produce project valuations, liaise with clients, and fee quoting. After a few years, the role will be developed into that of the head of the valuations department.

To be successful as the Senior Valuations Surveyor, you will:

  • Be a qualified Valuations Surveyor, proved on the valuation registration scheme
  • Have at least 3 years' experience working as a Valuations Surveyor, preferably in the North West region
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
