My client, a leading national housing provider are in search for a Commercial Property Surveyor to cover a secondment for a 12 month fixed term contract. The position will be based in the North East but will have a national remit which will involve travel to sites across the UK. The role will include the following duties and responsibilities:

Support the delivery of the Asset Management Plan and Corporate objectives
Develop clear policies and procedures in accordance with the RICS Service Charge Code of Practice
Support Enterprise & Development in terms of ground rent / service charge / sinking fund setting
To provide advice and support with valuations, acquisitions, disposals and lease negotiations / extensions under the LRA
Achieving Corporate KPI target e.g. customer satisfaction, H&S / Equalities Act
Maintain robust asset, property and lease data
Optimising income generation and efficiency savings to improve group surplus Ensuring compliance with all legal and legislative frameworks
