Salary:            £25,000-£35,000 depending on experience (plus benefits)

Type:              Full Time, permanent (37.5 hours per week)

 

Max Frank Ltd., a leading manufacturer of construction products, has a vacancy for a Design Engineer to join our existing Technical team on a full time permanent position.

 

Duties/Responsibility

 

Working knowledge of AutoCad  (Revit and Tekla would be advantageous)

Experience in detailing reinforcement concrete

General knowledge of BS8110 & EC2

Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team

Good communication skills with Engineers and Contractors

Positive and flexible ‘can do’ attitude

Capable of working under pressure to meet strict deadlines

Assist with technical queries from internal and external sales

 

The successful candidate will have a proactive attitude, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Minimum qualification requirement to ONC/HNC in construction/civil engineering or relevant industry experience would be considered. The ability to work to challenging deadlines under their own initiative is essential.
