Project Manager - Disposals
Project Manager, 12 - 18 months contract, 2/3 days a week, Salary £250 - £300 per day depending on experience

Your new role
You will be working as a Project Manager within the property team, focusing mainly on property disposals of residential and derelict buildings which are all at various stages. The project size is typically between £10-£12 million. You will be dealing with consultants and buyers and reporting into the Director of Estates. You will also be the interface between the Estates team and IT while implementing new software.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have knowledge of disposal work and have a Property / Construction background with operational experience. You will have excellent communication skills and be self-motivated and have the ability to stick to time lines.
