Kreo is an AI-powered software-as-a-service platform for design collaboration, cost estimating, planning and bidding. Our target market is the global construction services industry, worth US $10 trillion. More specifically, we’re targeting the Building Information Modelling (BIM) software market.

It’s an exciting time to join Kreo. We’re building our team from scratch and need an experienced specialist in BIM to ensure our customers get the very best from Kreo. You’ll be:

  • Utilising your knowledge of BIM to understand potential customers’ issues & needs, and using this knowledge to inform the Sales team, develop solid demo content and help inform the development of the product at all stages of the software delivery cycle
  • Preparing & carrying out insightful demos, pre-empting and answering general and technical questions from potential customers
  • Fully understanding the product’s capabilities and supporting clients through post-sales implementation
  • Producing training materials e.g. manuals, videos and delivering training to new clients
  • Supporting clients with ongoing account management and technical support
  • Testing new features to ensure they will meet our clients’ needs
  • Understanding the relationship between technical features and business benefits, and influencing our product roadmap utilising your commercial understanding
  • Capturing metrics for quantifying and justifying the customer’s return on investment (ROI) to support business closure
  • Participating in the industry’s community through discussion groups, conferences, forums, meet-ups and social mediums to keep an excellent level of up-to-date knowledge of BIM
  • Working with our Marketing team to relay pertinent community feedback to help inform blogs, newsletters, webinars, case studies etc

About you

We’re looking for someone independent, self-motivated, and quick to learn new software and applications, with strong expertise in BIM software.  You’re someone who can quickly translate what potential clients say into the language of BIM, and make qualified, well thought out decisions on how to move forward. Your skills and experience include:

  • Experience and ideally education in in Architecture, Engineering and/or Construction
  • Solid knowledge of BIM platform technologies, ideally with an intermediate or advanced level of training
  • Understanding of the construction industry and a focus on maintaining knowledge of future trends
  • Ideally you’ll have experience within a consultancy selling BIM to 3rd parties
  • Knowledge of project workflows from design, quantity takeoff and cost estimation, construction management, coordination and fabrication
  • Knowledge of construction project management, scheduling, cost estimation, and 4D / 5D BIM
  • Knowledge of Autodesk AEC solutions in particular Revit, including detailed understanding of its processing and ideally integration with other platforms
  • Knowledge of construction databases, and understanding of APIs
  • Knowledge of industry standards, workflows, data formats and interoperability techniques
  • Strong work ethic: Self-starter, high energy, and results oriented

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills, with a track record of delivering engaging demos – including dealing with unforeseen circumstances in a demo situation
