Your new company is a well established engineering firm in Frodsham, with plans for expansion due to increased work. This is a great opportunity for a manual machinist with turning and grinding experience to receive excellent training and move their trade onto vertical and horizontal boring - a very sought after trade!

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced Machinist with a high level degree of Manual Turning and grinding experience. Experience in Milling will also be advantageous. You will also need to be adaptable and proven to learn quickly on new machines and training will be provided to operate vertical and horizontal borers - if you already have this even better!
What you'll get in return
You will get a competitive premium pay rate of £11.71 p/h whilst training prior to operating boring machines. Once competent you will be progressing, with rates of 14.42 p/h. If you are already a competent borer you will be starting on a higher rate!. Firstly, joining on a full time temporary basis within a 12 week probation period, there is the option to continue permanently for right candidate once established. You will receive excellent holiday allowances of 24 days on top of bank holidays. there is also opportunities for overtime on a time and half basis. Excellent training will be provided for the right individual who shows enthusiasm willingness to learn and is adaptable.
