Hays Property & Surveying is excited to be working in partnership with Oxbury who are a professional practice of Chartered Surveyors specialising in the delivery of residential and mixed-use projects throughout East Anglia. Due to continued success and growth they are seeking to recruit a qualified Senior or Associate Employer ’ s Agent to be based at their Chelmsford branch. 

This is a pivotal role where you will take a lead in delivering and expanding Employer’s Agent services working alongside an experienced and high performing team. You will be an experienced Employer’s Agent, with a Quantity Surveying/Cost Management or Project Management background across a wide range of sectors, to deliver and expand professional Employer’s Agent Services to a wide range of private and public sector clients.

As the Senior or Associate you will report to the Managing Director and be responsible for the day to day management of a number of schemes from inception to completion in order to achieve a successful outcome for the project. This will include responsibility for scheme delivery, achieving targets and liaison with clients and invoicing. The role includes raising the profile of the company within Chelmsford and throughout the county (and beyond) in a range of sectors to secure new commissions. This will include being responsible for maintaining sector specific and master CV’s and the production of project profiles. 

The successful candidate will be MRICS qualified and have relevant sector and industry experience. You will be able to lead and manage a team, work closely with senior members of staff and key stakeholders throughout the company as well as develop and build new client relationships. 

In return Oxbury are offering the following benefits: 

  • £40,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on the level of seniority)
