A permanent Building Surveying opportunity has arisen in Exeter working on the client-side
Your new company
As a Building Surveyor, you will be joining an organisation who are responsible for the development, maintenance and management of a portfolio of operational, commercial property, which is located across the south west of the UK.
Your new role
Your Building Surveying role will involve a wide range of property management related tasks and accountability. As part of this, you will work with consultant architects, designers, cost managers, and other construction specialists in order to deliver a wide range of minor works and maintenance projects, which could include refurbishments, upgrades and refits. You will also have an opportunity to create feasibility studies, tender documents, specifications of works and also supervise contractors on site.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed as a Building Surveyor in this position you should have prior experience in a similar client-side role, which has involved delivering various types of projects within a complicated stakeholder environment.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a starting salary of up to £40,000 which is dependent on your levels of experience and qualifications. You'll also receive a market leading benefits package, including pension scheme and annual leave entitlement.
