Intermediate Project Manager / Employers Agent
My client seeks an Intermediate Project Manager / Employers Agent to join them in the London Bridge area of London.
You will assist in carrying out the full range of pre contract and post contract services from feasibility through project delivery.
They are working on new build, refurbishment, upgrade etc. for offices, residential, healthcare and education construction projects.
You will need to be working as a project manager / employers agent with a similar firm of construction consultants currently.
My client is a firm of construction consultants mainly focusing on project management and cost management.
They have two UK offices and are now growing their project management team.
You will need to have a BSc or BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Construction Project Management or other construction subject.
You also need to have at least two years' minimum experience working in another firm of consultants in the construction industry as a project manager.
You will ideally have started your diary and be working towards taking the RICS APC or be keen to work towards becoming chartered or already be chartered.
Good computer and organisation skills required.
You will work closely with the project management partner assisting on a variety of projects generally valued from around £1m to around £15m.
Salary will be in the range of £40000 to £50000 per annum plus RICS support, RICS fees, pension, bonus etc.
