Workplace Change Manager
Your new company and role
Hays are working in partnership with a leading UK financial services company, a long-established respected UK name; who are seeking a Workplace Change Manager for their central London head office team.
You will be a key member within their Property team, providing analysis, planning and delivery of moves across the company. The organisation is forward thinking and modern in their outlook, and you will be an individual who is excited by new ways of working, being an influential figure in how the company shapes its people and space strategy. You will be someone who is mindful of current space strategy trends, the usage of data, and implementation of BIM. You will have an understanding and passion for accurate utilisation, efficiencies and employee experience.
You will handle multiple projects at any one time, of varying scale and complexity; which will dictate whether you execute autonomously or with the wider team. The company is seeking someone with the skill-set and personal traits that equip for both approaches; and crucially you will be someone who enjoys and thrives within this environment.
As a large complex people-focused organisation, effective communication is central to the post's success, and you will be able to influence stakeholders, bringing reference to data and efficiencies. At times, you will be unafraid to challenge stakeholders, while effectively exploring and conveying alternative ideas.
This is a rare opening with a highly regarded organisation. Remuneration is up to £46,000 plus the company has a generous bonus scheme. Furthermore, they have a culture of developing staff, with clear personalised career development plans for all their staff. The role possesses good headroom for growth and we urge both highly experienced candidates AND those who see this role as their next natural step up, to apply.
