Your new role
A position for a Site Manager has arisen to start a new phase of a 150-unit site in Northampton, working on predominantly traditional build family and affordable housing, ranging from 3 to 6 bedrooms.
- Upholding Health and Safety Procedures
- Ordering materials
- Organising and reporting on build programme progress
- Delegating trades and labour
Customer care - working with the Assistant Site Manager to deliver excellent customer care and complete snagging lists.
What you'll need to succeed
Your role as Site Manager will be varied, therefore flexibility is key and the ability to pre -plan is essential. Being able to effectively communicate, delegate and motivate trades and labour on site will play a key part in being able to successfully handover homes efficiently and to a high standard. Preferably you will have experience in working with a large main contractor, but this is not essential.
- Valid S.M.S.T.S certification.
- Valid First Aid certificate.
- Prior Site Manager or Assistant Site Management experience
