Excellent! An opportunity has become available to start a new site in Rugby, consisting of 400 units, with a 6 year build programme. If you are a strong Assistant Site Manager, that is looking to work with a top tier housebuilder, with an NHBC Award winning management team, then this is the ideal role for you!
Your new role
As Assistant Site Manager you will be working alongside an experienced Site Manager, delivering a 400 unit site from inception through to completion, responsible for managing the build process of 1/5 bedroom traditional built homes from groundworks through to final CML. Ensuring that health and safety procedures are implemented, the build programme is met and quality homes are built will be key to your success. You will be responsible for carrying out site inductions, organising materials and delegating trades on site, to drive progress and meet the projects build programme.
What you'll need to succeed
Due to the fast nature of the role, you will have to be extremely self-driven and proactive, in order to manage project timelines, and ensure that workers on site are correctly managed. Having a strong knowledge of the construction industry and the build process is key, and you will have preferably worked with a large housing developer previously or come from a trade's background.
- 1+ years Assistant/Site Management experience
- S.M.S.T.S or SSSTS certificate
- First Aid certificate.
