Excellent 6 month interim opportunity for a housing organisation in the East Midlands
Our client are a small provider of affordable housing.
- Manage an in house team of 6 to ensure delivery of a high quality service to customers - this includes cleaning services
- Responsible for all aspects of staff management for direct reports, including recruitment, training, development and performance management.
- Analyse the demand / work load for the organisation and set job schedules accordingly.
The successful candidate will be available at short notice and will have carried out a similar role before.
6 month contract + competitive hourly rate.
