You will be working for an established Civils and Build Contractor who are based in Derbyshire. The organisation have a fantastic market reputation and are involved in innovative projects across the UK. The organisation is privately owned and have excellent staff retention due to their propensity for developing employees. Now seeking a permanent office based Contracts Manager to join their ranks.
Your new role
You will be working as an office based Contracts Manager in Derby with visits out to site. Working with Project and Site Managers you will be actively involved in the planning and control of all projects. Adhering to Health and Safety regulation and the high quality standards set by the organisation. You will work alongside the commercial team on valuations and costs.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role within the civils and build sector is essential. You should have a strong eye for detail with the ability to effectively manage a team. Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and management of reports will be beneficial.
