Regional Operations Manager
I am currently working exclusively with a reactive maintenance provider who are looking to strengthen their current senior management team with the addition of a Regional Operations Manager to cover their business across the South of the UK.
The company has become a household name in their market and have gone from strength to strength since being founded with operational depots across the UK offering solutions to numerous market sectors.
As Regional Operations Manager you will be reporting to the UK Head of Operations and will oversee the day to day running of the business covering in excess of 150 staff, and a turnover of £12m set across 5 depots.
Assisted by the depot management team you will have full management responsibilities for the P&L as well as managing the businesses performance on budgets and time lines, dealing positively with areas of risk in terms of delivery or budget with the operational management team.
You will be the spearhead for the companies continued growth and will take the lead in terms of performance, implementation of KPIs as well as having a helicopter view on the strategic long term development of the business in your operating area alongside the regional business development managers.
The ideal candidate will have come from a similar senior role within the construction / utilities or civils industry and will be happy to travel.
As Regional Operations Manager it is essential you have an eye for detail and have demonstrable experience of managing a multi location business and P&L.
You will be to work closely with depot managers to bring synergy to the working practices of the sales and operational functions of the business, helping each depot to maximise the potential planned maintenance schedule whislt keeping in mind the need to be able to react quickly to reactive needs of clients in both domestic and business.
You will be able to analyse operational and sales data, set up and review monthly plans to help your depots go from strength to strength bringing efficiency and great customer service to the region.
