Description

This is a classic Architectural Project Manager role with your main project being on the roll-out of a new retail programme for an international retailer. You will be both client facing, liaising with all stakeholders internally and externally and tasked with moving the scheme forward through planning and on to site. You will have a junior to support you with production of design and technical information and be partly responsible for their development, which will naturally feed into yours.

  • You will be either a Qualified Architect or Technologist with strengths lying in middle and later phases of a project.
  • You are able to communicate with clarity and ease as the majority of this role will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Revit highly desirable for the production of working drawings.
  • Strong knowledge of modern construction methods and UK Building Regulations is mandatory.
  • Access to a car for site visits.
  • Job Offer

    • Competitive salary with unlimited room to progression with you steering the direction you want to progress within, whether that remain within pure Architecture or one of the other disciplines they have.
    • Excellent training and development opportunities to broaden your skillset and qualifications.
