You will develop relationships with Clients, Candidates and Colleagues that maximise the life time value of these relationships. The large proportion of the role is about talking to customers, in person or over the phone to identify where you can support them and in turn generate revenue. You will be working within the Housing team which is part of the wider Property & Construction discipline. The Housing market is a very buoyant and interesting sector to be in. With the UK currently experiencing a housing shortage we are one of busiest disciplines in the business at present.
We work with a large range of clients from small local authourities to Housing Associations with over 50,000 properties in their portfolio.
We are seeking high-motivated individual who can demonstrate excellent interpersonal and relationship skills coupled with the determination and tenacity to succeed.
You don't need to have recruitment sales experience but you will need to be a graduate with a strong record of achievement in your studies or you may already have experience in a sales and or customer focused environment.
Candidates with previous experience in the private property sector with exposure to either commercial or residential markets who are looking for a career change in a fast-paced, performance-driven, and competitive environment.
