Mechanical Contracts Manager required for established Hampshire Contractor
My client are looking to recruit a Mechanical Contracts Manager to help deliver projects across Hampshire and surrounding Counties.
Their services can include full design and build packages including value engineering practices to ensure a client's project is delivered within specified budgets, whilst still achieving the highest quality building services.
They offer Mechanical building services within new build and refurbishment projects along with planned and preventative maintenance to existing building services. Project sectors health, education, leisure, retail and housing.
Key requirements for the role
- A clear understanding and ability to manage all elements of the project life cycle are required to ensure project delivery to the client's satisfaction, ensuring program, quality and financial targets are met.
- Suitable Mechanical Engineering / Building Services Qualifications your technical expertise of all types of Mechanical Systems will be supported by career experience in similar roles for recognised Building Services contracting companies.
- The role will require the candidate to be able to manage all project stages, processes, client, staff and supply chain relationships ensuring that all issues are identified, planned for and managed, previous experience will enable you to plan the project, works and staffing requirements accordingly.
To be considered for this role you must be able to work in the UK without restriction and you must hold a valid UK Driving License. Interviews are scheduled to take place at short notice.
