As the Project Surveyor you will be responsible for supervising contracts with an annual value of circa £2-3m and ensuring projects are completed in the most efficient way in accordance with performance specifications.

DescriptionYou will be responsible for working within the regional teams to ensure projects are delivered in line with the client best practice principles and collaborative delivery processes. The collaborative approach requires honesty and transparency and you will work to expose and deal with problems forthrightly.
You will be expected to demonstrate how you are delivering at the required cost, time, quality and customer satisfaction performance and that performance is continually improving.
ProfileYou will have a Building, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background with prior experience of project delivery, as well as experience of contractor management and Project budgetary management experience across multiple projects/contracts.
You will have previous building surveyor experience and be able to undertake stock condition surveys
You will be self-motivated with a flexible approach, have the ability to learn quickly and adopt best practice and take ownership of issues and drive through to conclusion. You will have knowledge of IT packages/applications to produce programmes reports, specifications and presentations containing complex data and information
