This role as Architectural Coordinator will be an integral part of the Technical team. Unique to this position you will be working on all/most of their live portfolio as you support the Technical Managers move schemes forward across various aspects of preconstruction. This can will include:
To be successful for this position, you will have a background within Architecture and exposure to working on volume residential development schemes; this can be either from within consultancy or developer. You will have a good understanding of modern construction methods, in particular traditional build and timber frame, with an excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations. You will be able to use AutoCad and other software (such as Adobe CS) is advantageous.
Access to a car is required for visits to site across Northamptonshire.
