Your new company
You'll be working for a national volume house builder with over 70 years experience over 5 regions. The organisation have continued to grow within the midlands and are now seeking a permanent project manager to join their team.
Your new role
Site based project manager overseeing site management. Initially located on site in Derby. Overseeing the build quality on site and allocating both direct and sub contract labour. Managing the health & safety and implementing tool box talks, along with regular walk rounds and managing safe working procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience as a project manager on new build housing, along with SMSTS / SSSTS and CSCS management card.
Must have a proven ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint packages to a minimum of intermediate level (certification will be required)
Must be able to use Outlook efficiently and be familiar with the internet
An excellent communicator at all levels as will have to deal with a wide range of external and external customers.
Able to work within a multi functional environment with the ability to multi task with exceptional attention to detail.
Must be able to plan and prioritise workload in a logical order.
Must be self-motivated, able to work as part of a team whilst also being able to work under own initiative.
