Project Monitor (Architect or Engineer)
I am now seeking an Architect, a Civil Engineer, Structural Engineer or Building Surveyor who is keen to make a move into a role doing Fund / Development Monitoring in London.
You will be either already chartered in your field or approaching chartered and be keen to move into a specialist role doing monitoring.
You will become involved in working closely with many financial institutions on a wide variety of construction projects across many sectors.
Duties will include site visits, risk management, report writing, due diligence and client advisory services.
My client is specifically seeking people for forward purchasers.
My client is a successful firm of construction consultants with a number of UK offices providing quantity surveying, project management, building surveying, and specialist services including monitoring services for banks, financial institutions and developers.
They work on construction projects across most sectors including leisure, residential, commercial and more.
You will be either almost chartered or already chartered as a Building Surveyor, an Architect, a Civil Engineer or Structural Engineer and have an interest in the monitoring role.
You will need a good eye for detail and have a good understanding of the construction process.
My client will pay in the region of £45000 to £65000 negotiable plus a range of benefits including car allowance, pension, health insurance, bonus, fees and more plus there are great prospects for ambitious candidates with this international firm.
