As a result of significant forward work load our client is looking to add a talented Geotechnical Engineer with at least 5 years post-graduate consulting experience to their Auckland team.

To be considered for this role you will need to be a degree qualified Civil Engineer with a design background in the highways, water and waste water, or geothermal and power sectors.

More specifically this role will see you responsible for the geotechnical design of a wide variety of projects including; roading and associated earthworks, bridges, retaining walls, tunnels, water and wastewater pipelines, wastewater and power plants.

Furthermore you will also be responsible for the project management, planning and co-ordination of geotechnical investigations. As such your communication (both verbal and written) skills will need to be excellent and you will be comfortable liaising with both colleagues and clients alike.
