Your new role
Your new job will be as a senior structural design engineer based in the London office. The responsibility will cover both technical excellence and some supervision and leadership of junior staff. You will be responsible for running projects on varying values, and providing cutting edge design solutions for a range of buildings. On the leadership side you will be responsible for helping to support the growth and development of junior engineers,
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in the this role you will be a senior engineer, ideally chartered or approaching charter with UK buildings experience. Due to the nature of the work this company does experience working with top architects is desirable. You will have a sound understanding of core engineering principles and how to apply these to different materials in a variety of complex situations. Along side the technical excellence required by this company you should have the communication skills and confidence to lead a team of junior engineers and sit in a client facing position.
