Facilities and Property Management Company are looking for a FM to join a large Hampshire site, Up to £45000

Your new company
A hugely successful Facilities Management and Property Management Company are looking to recruit a Facilities Manager to join a large site in Hampshire. Of their 6 main UK sites this is the largest and most successful. As a self delivering TFM site you will be integral to the business managing any day to day issues as well as client management.

Your new role
You will be responsible for any hard or soft facilities issues ensuring the TFM services are delivered to extremely high standards. You will have both the Lead Engineer and Soft Services Manager reporting directly into you meaning man management is part of this position. You will report into the Operations Manager ensuring KPIs and SLAs are constantly met. You will be client focused focusing on all aspects of the site.

What you'll need to succeed
ideally you will have experience as a Soft Services Manager. You will have good communication skills with the ability to liaise directly with Clients.
