Quantity Surveyor – Bristol
Reporting to the Directors of Cost Management, you will be managing a range of projects, including private and public sector schemes such as Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Residential and Defence - values from £1m - £100m
Responsibilities will include:
- Cost planning
- Preparation of Tender Documents
- Tender evaluation
- Preparation of Contract Documents
- Interim valuations
- Financial reporting
- Agreement of valuations and final accounts

MRICS qualified with 1-3 years’ post qualification experience.
